Dave Conroy Attends White House Salute
As a prelude to national Catholic Schools Week, Mr. Conroy attended "Champions of Change" at the White House. The event recognized several individuals who have made a major impact on students, families and educators through Catholic schools and universities.
2012 Spelling Bee
The finalists from each grade level advanced to a school-wide spelling competition on Wednesday, January 18th. Brett Goerl was the All Saints spelling bee champ for a second straight year and will advance to the diocesan competition.
Bully Awareness & Prevention Assembly
To kick-off Bully Awareness & Prevention Week, All Saints was treated to an assembly by Jed Doherty which included magic tricks, stories and illusions with a message that encourages children to live as Jesus taught.
2012 National Geographic Bee
Preliminary winners from All Saints National Geographic Bee display their award certificates. Overall winner Stan Dobis will go on to compete at the next level.
Pre-Kindergarten Christmas Pageant
With anticipation and excitement, two Pre-Kindergarten angels prepare for All Saints annual Pre-Kindergarten Christmas Pageant featuring song, prayer, and a presentation of the Nativity.
Celebrating the Birth of Jesus
Students from kindergarten, 4th, 6th and 8th grade present a beautiful depiction of the Nativity story during All Saints annual Christmas Pageant.
An Evening with St. Nicholas
All Saints families donated 59 pairs of new shoes and $140 for the House of Mercy as part of the school's "Evening with St. Nicholas" festivities in honor of St. Nicholas' feast day. Mother Seton and St. Nicholas led the procession of shoes during this annual All Saints tradition!
All Saints Open House – February 9th
All Saints Catholic School will be hosting its final Open House for prospective parents for the 2012-2013 school year on Thursday, February 9th beginning at 9:00 a.m. Following a presentation and introduction, tours of the facility will be provided. Tuition Assistance Applications for 2012-2013
Applications for tuition assistance for the 2012-2013 academic year are now available in both English and Spanish at the front office. Again this year the Diocese of Arlington has contracted with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Company. Mother Teresa Outreach
As you may remember, last year we began a new initiative at All Saints encouraging stewardship among our students. This initiative, the Mother Teresa Outreach, invited students to make contributions to benefit the students of our sister school, St. Thomas, In Haiti.
