Volunteers Needed to Assist Mrs. Hammang with Science Fair

Coordinator needed ~ Mrs. Hammang needs a person/team of persons to assist with Coordinating orders for backboards.  For those new to the science fair, parents in the middle school have the opportunity to order science fair backboards through the school.  They are the same high quality you’d see in stores, only delivered to your child through science class. Volunteer Opportunity- Science Fair Luncheon

Every year the middle school participates in the Science Fair and parent and community volunteers come to the school to judge the projects. We host a lunch for the community volunteer judges. We need a few volunteers to coordinate ordering lunch from Tony’s..trays of ziti, bread, salads, etc. picking up the order and setting it up in Father Kelly Hall for 1pm on Feb. 23. Important Volunteer Opportunity in the Cafeteria

We are in dire need of parent helpers to assist outside during recess/lunch.   Parent volunteers make it possible for teachers to take their complete lunch break and start the afternoon refreshed for the students.  Currently, teachers are being pulled from their lunch time to monitor their students at recess.  We are seeking to have at least 3 volunteers each day for this duty.  The time is from 11:15-12:35.  Volunteers must be VIRTUS cleared (if you have not yet completed paperwork for...
