Join us for our 2011 Back to School BBQ on August 26, 2011. The event will be held rain or shine.
ALL SAINTS SCHOOL PTO WILL BE HOSTING THE ANNUAL BACK TO SCHOOL BARBEQUE

(Food service from 5:30 – 7pm)
Rain Location: School Gym/Cafeteria
DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR LAWN CHAIRS AND A COOLER FULL OF YOUR FAVORITE DRINKS

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED! (3 points per hour for parent volunteers)

7TH AND 8TH GRADE STUDENT WELCOME TO EARN CONFIRMATION HOURS
Calling All Rising 7th & 8th Graders!
Need some volunteer hours? All Saints Catholic School is in need approximately 15 helpers for the Back to School BBQ for the 2011-2012 school year.
Volunteers are needed to:
Face painting
Direct Flow of the Dinner Line
Assist with the buffet serving
Assist Families with Carrying Plates
Serve ice cream cups
(and maybe a few other odds and ends jobs)
